  The ULEME E.E.I.G. is a legal body with seat in Augsburg, Germany, formed by the two principal participants in the HERCULES programme namely MAN Diesel and WARTSILA specifically to take the place of Coordinating Partner No.1 in the projects I.P. HERCULES (A) and HERCULES-B.
